Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors of California (CAPHCC) Welcomes Whitney Squire as New CEO and Appoints Her at December Board Meeting

Sacramento — The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors of California (CAPHCC) is thrilled to announce the appointment of Whitney Squire as the new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). With a profound wealth of knowledge and experience in the trades, Ms. Squire is set to lead CAPHCC into a new era of innovation, growth, and unity.

Whitney Squire brings two decades of leadership experience in both the public and private sectors, making her a perfect fit to steer the organization toward unprecedented success. Her extensive background in strategic planning, industry advocacy, and fostering collaborative partnerships has positioned her as a respected figure in the field.

Ms. Squire expressed her enthusiasm about the appointment at CAPHCC, stating, “I am honored to lead such a prestigious organization like CAPHCC. The Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors Association is the nation’s oldest trade association, founded in 1883 by plumbing craftsmen seeking to distinguish themselves as experts and share best practices to improve the industry and protect the health and safety of the public. The PHCC of California chapter was founded in 1900, and for the past 122 years has been instrumental in training the workforce, elevating the industry, and connecting plumbing-heating-cooling professionals.
