IAPMO R&T Lab, a long-trusted name in independent testing for the plumbing, mechanical and electro-plumbing industries and Certificacion Mexicana, S.C. (CMX) one of the premier certification bodies in Mexico, have signed a mutual support agreement.
The agreement allows IAPMO R&T Lab to provide testing services to certain NOM standards for certification in Mexico.
“IAPMO R&T Lab sought this agreement with Certificacion Mexicana, S.A. (CMX) in order to better serve manufacturers who were seeking ‘one-stop’ testing of their products,” said Ken Wijaya, senior director of IAPMO R&T Lab, “The IAPMO R&T Lab is proud to become the first laboratory who can conduct testing of showerheads, water closets, flushometer, fill and flush valves for the United States, Mexico, and Canada”.
With state-of-the-art testing facilities in Ontario, Calif., IAPMO R&T Lab is prepared to test the products of manufacturers from around the world so they can bring their products quickly to market throughout North America.
