Shahin Moinian, senior director of IAPMO Research and Testing, has left The IAPMO Group to pursue other opportunities.
During his tenure, IAPMO R&T developed into the premier plumbing and mechanical product certification agency in North America. Once such stature was achieved domestically, IAPMO R&T expanded internationally, with offices opened in Toronto, Canada; Ruhr, Germany; Monterey Mexico; Buenos Aires, Argentina; Beijing, China; and Melbourne, Australia, so that clients around the world are now able to choose from IAPMO R&T’s menu of certification services.
The list of available services goes beyond plumbing, mechanical, swimming pool and recreational vehicles to also include electrical and solar products, as well as certification to the United States Environmental Protection Agency’s WaterSense® water efficient consumer product labeling system.
IAPMO wishes Moinian all the best in his future endeavors. All IAPMO R&T department heads, staff and their day-to-day functions are unchanged and all continue to be fully committed to customer satisfaction.
