UTAH — Today, Governor Spencer Cox released the first chapter of “Utah’s Coordinated Action Plan for Water” after the extreme drought Utah faced last summer. This plan requires collaboration across multiple state agencies and builds on more than 200 recommendations on safeguarding water supplies. The goal of the plan is to synthesize those recommendations by prioritizing needs for agriculture, growing cities, and environmental concerns.
