In accordance with the IAPMO Regulations Governing Committee Projects, IAPMO would like to announce that four Tentative Interim Amendments (TIA) to the 2018 edition of the Uniform Mechanical Code® (UMC) have been submitted for public comment. IAPMO invites all interested parties to review these proposed TIAs on the IAPMO website under Uniform Mechanical Code / Proposed TIAs and respond by filling out the comment form.
TIA UMC 001-18 would revise text from Section 1111.0 through 1112.5.2 regarding extract updates to ASHRAE 15-2016. The comment form is located HERE.
TIA UMC 002-18 would revise Table 1102.2 regarding extract updates to ASHRAE 34-2016.

TIA UMC 003-18 would revise Section E 503.1.3 through E 503.5.11.3 regarding extra updates to ASHRAE 90.1-2016. The comment form is located HERE.
TIA UMC 004-18 would revise Section E 605.1.3.2 through E 605.1.7.3 regarding extract updates to ASHRAE 62.2-2016. The comment form is located HERE.
